The SportsPlex is not responsible for making up games due to bad weather.

Mens & Coed Rates: $1050 per team (includes ref fees), $970 per team with a $10 referee fee per game

Womens Rates: $800 per team (includes ref fees), $710 per team with a $10 referee fee per game

All players are required to wear shinguards and have a player ID.

After rosters are frozen, after the first three weeks, in order to have a player added to your roster, you will need a signed doctors note, on a doctors letter head with a doctor's stamp. Otherwise this note will not be accepted.

After signing up for your league, you must, fill out all of the required information here for your ID Card. Your ID card costs $7. Then you need to sign your waiver on https://sportslifex.com/. Once you complete a waiver and upload your picture, your player card will be available for pick up at the front desk at the time of your team's first game.
